When you look in the mirror, do you like what you see? How have you changed? What do you want to do that you haven’t done before? What is your purpose? How can you make a difference to the people around you?

These are all questions that I ask myself on a regular basis. Over the last fifteen years, I have become a student of my own personal growth and discovery. I am inspired and motivated by human connection as one ages. People who know me describe me as a connector of people. There is nothing I like more than bringing together people who are like-minded or who can positively inspire our aging population to achieve their goals or simply to share stories and take positive steps forward in their lives.

How does one live in a space of positivity, productivity and health as one ages? According to neuroscientists like Dr. Martin Seligman, the presence of positive psychological factors like resilience, social engagement, optimism and mastery contribute. I am passionate about helping senior learn practical ways they can become other-oriented that will fortify their learning, growing and challenging themselves.

Every Senior deserves to look forward to each day, to feel alert and awake, to have energy and spirit and feel alive and full of vitality. Allow me to come speak to your Seniors or your Team to share with them tips and tricks to motivate them and move your community culture to be more viable and thriving.
